Class of 2009

2008-2009 LF Class

One of the most important factors in maintaining a high quality of life in the Forsyth County community is to identify and develop involved individuals who demonstrate leadership qualities. This year's class of leaders is outstanding! They kicked off the year with an induction with alumni at the Board of Education and dinner at the Reid's Barn, and later held a two-day retreat at Lake Lanier 's Emerald Point. Since that time, the class has been meeting monthly to learn more about themselves and the community where they live and work. Each monthly session begins with leadership training, professional presenters and class discussion.

Class Project:

The Leadership Forsyth Class of 2009's class project will benefit the community and particularly the county school system. The project will provide resources to parents that will increase their awareness of & capacity to address critical issues facing families in the Forsyth County community.
